- Peking cabbage - 4-5 leaves
- French grain mustard - 1 tsp
- Olive oil - for dressing
- Walnuts - 50 g
- Salt - 0.5 tsp or to taste
Step-by-step preparation of Peking cabbage and walnuts salad with mustard, recipe with photo:
1. From the head of cabbage, remove the required number of leaves, wash them with cold water and dry with a paper towel. You don't need to wash all the cabbage right away, especially if you don't use all the cabbage. Since the leaves will wither and will not crunch. Then cut them into thin strips and fold them into a deep bowl.
2. Add French mustard and a pinch of salt to the cabbage.
