Continuing the topic of slimming salads, I propose today to cook it on the basis of sea and white cabbage. These products themselves are very useful, but in one dish, there is simply no price for their valuable qualities.

Laminaria, or as it is also called kelp, goes well with many products, especially with white cabbage, about which many words have already been said. Therefore, today I will pay attention to seaweed.
So, kelp is very useful due to its composition, which contains trace elements and vitamins. In Asian countries, it is included in the daily diet in dried, salted, dried, boiled, frozen and other types. In our country, it most often comes on the shelves of marinated stores and, unfortunately, we do not have the opportunity to use grass in canned and other forms. But, despite this, we can cook different dishes from it, of which there are more than a dozen salads alone. Today we will focus on one of them.
This recipe, which I propose, can be classified as basic. It contains a minimum of products and maximum benefits. At the same time, it is very tasty and light for the stomach. It is suitable not only for those who want to normalize their figure and lose extra pounds, but also for vegetarians and people who are fasting. And the additional products of this salad are no less useful: sweet peppers and an apple. They give the salad a light sweetness that balances the salty and sour taste of the cabbage.

Ingredients:
- White cabbage - 100 g
- Seaweed - 100 g
- Sweet pepper - 1 pc.
- Apple - 1 pc.
- Salt - a pinch
- Vegetable oil - for dressing
Step-by-step preparation of sea and white cabbage salad:
1. Peel the white cabbage from the upper inflorescences, wash and pat dry with a towel. Cut 100 g from the head of cabbage and chop finely. Sprinkle it with salt and press down with your hands, transfer it to a bowl and let it juice while you work with the other vegetables.
2. Peel sweet peppers from the stalk, remove seeds and partitions. Cut the pulp into thin strips.
3. Wash the apple, pat dry with a paper towel and remove the seed box. Cut it into thin strips.
4. Place the white cabbage, bell peppers, apples in a bowl and add the seaweed. If it is very watery, remove excess liquid.
5. Season the salad with vegetable oil.
6. Stir and serve.
