- Pickled mushrooms (any) - 500 g
- Table vinegar - 1 tablespoon
- Onions - 1 pc.
- Vegetable oil - for dressing

1. Peel the onions and wash them under running water. Dry it with a paper towel and chop it into thin quarter rings.
2. Transfer the mushrooms to a sieve and rinse under running water. Leave them for a while to drain all the liquid.
3. If the mushrooms are large, cut them into thin strips or cubes. The cutting method is not important. If the mushrooms are small, you can leave them intact.
4. Place the chopped onion in a deep container.
5. Next add the prepared mushrooms.
6. Season food with vegetable oil.
7. Next, add table vinegar to them, which you can replace with apple cider or wine.
