  • Daily face cleansing should be made an important ritual that cannot be abandoned. It is strictly forbidden to use products containing alcohol, because they not only dry out the skin, but also provoke the appearance of unpleasant itching and peeling. You should use only natural cosmetics, and give preference to reliable manufacturers that produce only high-quality products.
  • Poor ecology also has a negative effect on the condition of the skin - water, air, ultraviolet rays, severe frosts in the winter season. All these factors strongly affect the skin of the face. If possible, vacation should be spent in nature, use only filtered, clean water for washing.

The resulting mass is applied to the skin of the face and a gentle massage is performed for several minutes, then you need to wash with warm water.
  • Carrot mask … On a fine grater, one carrot is crushed and mixed with ground oatmeal or oatmeal (1 tbsp. L.). Warm milk (1 tbsp) is introduced into the mixture. The mask is applied to a clean face, and after 20 minutes it is washed off with warm water.
  • Massage with honey … Water and liquid honey are mixed in equal amounts (1 tbsp. L.). This mixture is used for a light massage that should only be done on clean skin. Then you need to wash yourself with warm water, blot your face with a soft napkin, after which any cream is applied to the skin.
  • Banana mask … You need to take one ripe fruit, mash with a fork to get a thick gruel, mix with olive oil (1 tablespoon). The resulting gruel is applied to the face, after a quarter of an hour you need to wash with warm water. Then any cream is applied to the skin.

To enhance the effect of such cosmetic caring procedures, it is necessary to alternate them with a light facial massage, which is done along the massage lines and can be performed independently.
