Ingredients:
- Instant oatmeal - 150 g
- Banana - 1 pc.
- Honey - 1 tablespoon or to taste

Cooking oatmeal with banana and honey
1. Put the oatmeal in a deep bowl, cover with boiling water, cover with a saucer and leave to infuse for 5 minutes to swell. If you use Extra flakes, they will need to be boiled on the stove in a saucepan. The cooking time is indicated on the manufacturer's packaging.
2. Meanwhile, peel the banana and divide it in half. Cut one half into 3 mm round slices and leave to garnish when serving. And put the second part in a bowl and mash with a fork until a mushy consistency.
3. Add honey and cinnamon to the banana mass. You can add any more products to taste.
4. Stir the banana mixture well until smooth. Taste and add more honey as needed. By this time, your oatmeal will swell, become saturated with moisture, become soft and double in volume.
5. Put the oatmeal in a bowl of banana gruel.
