Zucchini is a popular dietary food product. Its popularity is due to its extremely low calorie content and the content of a large number of useful components that are necessary for proper nutrition. In addition, it is quickly and easily absorbed. The usefulness of a vegetable is determined by the content of vitamins, micro- and macroelements. In addition, it plays an important role in the life of our body. Zucchini normalizes water-salt metabolism, removes toxins, cleanses the blood, stabilizes cholesterol. He also takes care of the elasticity of the skin, reduces the aging process and reduces the risk of cancer.
He looks rather modest and unsightly. But in the finished form, the dish with its use turns out to be quite tasty. And you can cook a vegetable in a variety of ways. Soups are made with it, stews are made, pies are baked, stuffed, pancakes are made, preserves are closed, jam is twisted and much more. But today we will prepare the most common recipe - fried zucchini cut into rings in a pan. This is one of the favorite dishes of many people in our country.

Ingredients:
- Zucchini - 2 pcs.
- Vegetable oil - for frying
- Garlic - 2 wedges
- Salt - 0.5 tsp or to taste
- Green onions - a few twigs
- Mayonnaise to taste
Step by step cooking of fried zucchini with onions:
1. Wash green onions, dry with a paper towel and chop finely with a sharp knife. Leave it on until you use it.
2. Wash and dry the zucchini. Cut off the ends on both sides and cut the fruits into rings about 0.5 cm thick. Do not cut them into very thick rings, otherwise they simply will not bake in the middle. Also, do not cut them thinly, as they may just burn. If the zucchini is mature, peel them first and remove the large seeds.
3. Place the frying pan on the stove, add vegetable oil and heat. Arrange the zucchini rings, season with salt and pepper if desired. Heat medium-high and fry them for about 7-10 minutes until golden brown.
4. Then turn over to the back side, also lightly salt and fry for another 5-7 minutes.
5. Remove the finished zucchini from the pan and place on a serving plate.
6. Peel the garlic and squeeze it through a press onto the fried zucchini rings.
7. Squeeze some mayonnaise on top of each vegetable slice. Although this product can be used as much as you want. And if you do not eat fatty foods at all, then you can exclude this ingredient from the recipe.
8. Sprinkle the zucchini with chopped green onions and serve the appetizer to the table. You can serve it alone or in a company with boiled young potatoes.
