Ingredients:
- Peking cabbage - 4-5 leaves
- Salt - pinch or to taste
- Boiled-frozen shrimps - 200 g
- Grain mustard - 1 tsp
- Eggs - 2 pcs. (1 piece for one serving)
- Crab sticks - 4 pcs.
- Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Sesame seeds - 1 tsp
- Vegetable oil - for dressing
Step by step preparation of salad with shrimps, crab sticks and poached egg, recipe with photo:
1. Wash the required amount of cabbage leaves under running cold water, dry with a paper towel and chop into thin strips.
2. Defrost crab sticks in the refrigerator or at room temperature without using a microwave oven. Otherwise, they will start to cook, the taste and texture will deteriorate. Remove the wrapping film from them and cut into strips.
3. Pour the frozen boiled-frozen shrimps with boiling water, cover and leave for 5-7 minutes. Drain and dry the seafood. Tear off the head of the shrimp and peel the shell.
