Tomatoes for salad can be used in a variety of varieties: red, pink, yellow, green, black, cherry, cream, etc. This is the chef's choice. Ingredients:
- Tomatoes - 1 pc.
- Salt - 0.5 tsp or to taste
- Eggs - 2 pcs. (1 egg for 1 serving)
- Olive oil - for dressing
- Garlic - 1 wedge
- Green onions - bunch
- Basil - 3-4 sprigs
- Hot pepper - 0.5 pods
- Cilantro - 4-6 branches
- Cucumbers - 1 pc.
- Sausage - 250 g
Step by step cooking salad with tomatoes, sausage and poached egg, recipe with photo:
1. First of all, boil the poached eggs. To do this, fill a small cup with drinking water and add a small pinch of salt. Wash the eggs, gently break the shells and empty the contents into a container. Do this very carefully to keep the yolk intact. Place the egg in the microwave and cook it for 1 minute at 850 kW.
2. When the protein coagulates, remove the egg from the microwave and drain off the hot water. If the poached pot is left in boiling water, the yolk will continue to cook under the influence of the hot temperature.
3. Wash the tomatoes, dry with a paper towel and cut into large slices. If the tomatoes are finely chopped, they will let the juice out and the salad will turn out to be watery.
4. Wash the cucumbers, dry with a paper towel and cut into thin half rings.
5. Remove the wrapping film from the sausage and cut it into strips.
6. Wash green onions, dry and chop finely.
7. Wash cilantro and basil, dry and chop. Peel the garlic and finely chop it. Peel and chop hot peppers.
8. Place all vegetables in a large bowl, season with salt and olive oil. Stir the food. Put the prepared salad with tomatoes and sausage on portioned plates and garnish with a poached egg on top.
