Step-by-step preparation of custard pancakes in milk with a photo
1. Break eggs and combine with sugar and a pinch of salt.
2. Beat eggs lightly with a whisk.
3. Add flour to the eggs. Stir thoroughly with a whisk so that there are no lumps.
4. Add milk and continue stirring.
5. When the dough becomes homogeneous, without a lump, it should be thicker than usually cooked for pancakes.
6. We dilute the dough with a glass of boiling water to the consistency of liquid sour cream.
7. Pour in vegetable oil, stir. Let the dough stand for 30 minutes and start frying.
8. Fry the pancakes in a well-heated frying pan, as usual: pour the dough with a ladle and spread over the surface. For the first time, lightly grease the pan with vegetable oil. As a rule, further you will not need additional fat for frying, since the dough contains oil in it. When the dough grips on one side, use a silicone spatula to go over the edge of the pancake so that it lags behind the surface of the pan.
9. Turn the pancake over and brown it on the other side.
10. Place the pancakes in a pile and cover to soften the crispy edges. Season each with a slice of butter if desired.
11. Serve pancakes to the table with jam, condensed milk or sour cream. You can wrap any filling, sweet or salty, in such pancakes and freeze, and when necessary, reheat in a pan or microwave. Custard thin pancakes with milk turn out to be very tasty, you just lick your fingers!
