Cakes without baking are a real find for those who do not want to fry in front of a hot oven, as well as a great option for a dessert prepared in the country or even on a hike! We propose to cook just such a cake with us. It will need a minimum of products: only gingerbread cookies, a couple of bananas and quite a bit of time - no more than 15–20 minutes to prepare, and then - how much you can endure while the cake is soaked.

- Gingerbread - 500 g
- Sour cream - 300 g
- Sugar - 0.5 tbsp.
- Vanilla sugar - 0.5 tsp (optional)
- Bananas - 2-3 pieces
Step-by-step preparation of a gingerbread cake without baking with sour cream and bananas
1. Prepare everything you need for the cake. Peel the bananas and cut into slices. The gingerbread cookies are cut into two parts, and then each of them into plates, no more than 0.5 centimeters thick.
2. For the cream, it is better to take sour cream, which is not very greasy. We have 15%. We will cool the sour cream in advance, combine it with sugar and, if desired, with vanilla and beat thoroughly with a mixer. Many housewives love sour cream for its light sourness, which does not allow the dessert to be overly sugary.
3. The cake that we are preparing will be collected in layers. Therefore, you need to prepare a container in which we will begin to fold it. Cover a bowl that is deep enough with cling film and place a couple of generous spoonfuls of cream in the first layer. Put a layer of gingerbread on top of the cream, and then the banana circles.
4. Grease each layer of gingerbread with sour cream. Finish collecting the cake with a gingerbread layer on top of the banana. Lubricate it with cream in the end, wrap the edges of the cling film and leave the cake on the table to soak for a couple of hours. Then put it in the refrigerator. If you cook the cake in the evening, it will be soaked in the best way in the morning.
5. Turn the finished cake on a plate, decorate with gingerbread crumbs (for this, do not forget to leave one or two gingerbread cookies). You can also garnish it with banana ooze slices and any fresh or frozen berries.
6. Gingerbread cake without baking with sour cream and bananas is ready. Place it on the table and pour the tea. Such a delicious, moderately sweet, and most importantly not at all complicated instant dessert will delight those with a sweet tooth.
