Zucchini is a versatile product that can be used to make countless delicious, but most importantly, healthy dishes. They are added to soups, salads, caviar, casseroles and even jam. But today we'll talk about how to cook pizza with them. In general, any products can be used for the filling, not only zucchini, but also chicken, minced meat, ham, sausage, mushrooms, tomatoes, bell peppers, eggplants…. But it is the zucchini that add juiciness to the filling, the taste of which is balanced by chicken, sausages and tomatoes. Eating a slice of this pizza will leave you feeling full for a long time. Delicious and very simple pizza will appeal to all eaters. It can be prepared for gatherings with friends, for family dinners, takeaways, for example, to work.
The pizza dough is prepared with yeast. But this is optional. You can make any other dough that has been proven over the years. For example, a delicious pizza will turn out on puff (yeast or unleavened) or shortbread dough. You can also use a commercially available pizza blank.

Ingredients:
- Flour - 1, 5 tbsp.
- Drinking water - 1 tbsp.
- Dry yeast - 1 tsp
- Vegetable oil - 30 ml per dough, plus for frying
- Cheese - 100 g
- Zucchini - 1 pc.
- Sugar - 1 tsp
- Semolina - 0.5 tbsp.
- Garlic - 2-3 cloves
- Chicken breasts - 2 pcs.
- Tomato paste - 2-3 tablespoons
- Basil - a few twigs
- Salt - a pinch
- Sausages - 3-4 pcs.
- Onions - 1 pc., Tomatoes - 1-2 pcs.
Step by step cooking pizza with zucchini, basil and chicken, recipe with photo:
1. Pour flour, semolina, a pinch of salt, sugar and dry yeast into a deep bowl.
2. Pour drinking water of warm temperature, about 37 degrees, into the food.
3. Knead an elastic dough so that it does not stick to the sides of the dishes and hands.
4. Cover the dough with a clean towel and leave in a warm place for half an hour to come up. During this time, the dough will increase in volume by 2-3 times.
5. Wash the chicken fillet and put it in a pot of water. Season with salt and bring to a boil.
6. When the water with chicken boils, remove the formed foam, screw the temperature down to the minimum setting and cook the breasts for half an hour. Then remove them from the broth and cool. Do not pour out the broth, it can be used to cook soup, stew, roast, or just drink with croutons.
7. Wash the zucchini, dry and cut into 1x3 cm bars. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan and put the zucchini in it. Saute them lightly over medium heat until golden brown.
8. Prepare the rest of the food. Peel the onions and garlic and chop: onion - into thin quarter rings, garlic - into small cubes. Wash the basil, dry and chop finely.
9. Wash the tomatoes, dry and cut into rings about 5 mm thick. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
10. When the dough comes up, wrap your hands around it, divide into two and place in round pizza tins.
11. Peel the sausages from the packaging film and cut in half lengthwise. Place the sausage halves on the dough in a circle of pizza and cover them with the dough, as shown in the photo. And grease the whole dough with tomato paste or ketchup.
12. Place chopped onion and garlic on top of the dough.
13. Place the fried zucchini on top.
14. Put the boiled chicken fillet, torn along the fibers, on the zucchini.
15. Then place the tomato rings and basil leaves.
16. Sprinkle the cheese on the food.
17. Heat the oven to 180 degrees and send the pizza to bake for 40 minutes. For the first half hour, cook it covered with foil or parchment paper so that the cheese does not burn and the dough is baked well. Then remove the parchment and cook for another 10 minutes to brown the cheese. Serve fresh zucchini, basil and chicken pizza after cooking.
