It takes a little patience to make such buns and not as much time as it might seem. The longest step in cooking is to wait until the dough rises. We will not talk more about the fact that the buns are tasty and simple, we will better show you clearly that this is exactly the case.

Ingredients:
- Water - 200 ml (dough)
- Fresh yeast - 25 g (dough)
- Butter - 50 g (dough)
- Egg - 1 pc. (dough)
- Salt - a pinch
- Sugar - 3-4 tbsp. l. (dough)
- Flour - 3 tbsp. (dough)
- Strawberry - 300 g (filling)
- Sugar - 3 tbsp. l. (filling)
- Yolk - 1 pc. (for lubrication)

Prepare the dough - dilute the yeast in warm water and add tablespoons of flour and sugar each. Mix thoroughly and leave for 15–20 minutes warm or in a water bath.
Here is such a hat turned out in 15 minutes. The yeast has reacted well, the dough will be fluffy and tender.
Beat the egg with a fork with salt and the remaining sugar (from the amount per dough).
Add melted butter to the egg.
Add 2 cups flour to this mixture. Mix well.
Add the mass to the dough and start kneading, adding the remaining flour. Knead the dough and cover it with a towel. Leave it warm for 40 minutes to rise. For some reason, the photo with the dough got lost, but we will say that the dough rose perfectly.
Divide the dough into 8-10 equal parts. Roll each part into a cake.
Put some strawberries in the center and sprinkle with sugar. On the edges of the filling we make cuts on the cake.
We wrap the edges in opposite directions. It turns out such a boat.
We spread the boats on a baking sheet and grease each bun with whipped yolk.
We bake buns with strawberries at 180-200 degrees until golden brown, 30-40 minutes. Focus on your oven here.
