1. Before you cook gherkin chicken, marinate it a little. A saline solution is used as a marinade, which allows the meat to soak well and does not spoil the taste and aroma of the finished dish. For 1, 5 liters of water, we take 60 g of salt, dilute until completely dissolved and place inside the chickens. After about 1, 5 hours, we take out the carcasses from the saline brine, dry them with a paper towel. We prepare a mixture of spices by mixing them with vegetable oil.
