To prepare mushroom frying, you need onions, spices and a little greenery with garlic if desired. You can use ready-made frying as an addition to the main side dish, for example, mashed potatoes. Ingredients:
- Frozen forest mushrooms - 500 g
- Ground black pepper - 0.5 tsp
- Vegetable oil - for frying
- Mushroom seasoning - 0.5 tsp
- Onions - 1 pc.
- Salt - 0.5 tsp
Step-by-step preparation of mushroom frying from frozen forest mushrooms, recipe with photo:
1. Pre-defrost the frozen mushrooms. Do this slowly at room temperature, or better in the refrigerator. Do not use a microwave oven or hot water for this. Place the defrosted mushrooms in a sieve and rinse under running water. Leave them to drain all the liquid and cut into medium sized pieces.
2. Peel the onions, wash and chop into thin quarter rings.
3. Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan and heat. Add the mushrooms and fry them over medium heat until light golden brown.
4. Add onions to the mushrooms. Add chopped garlic if desired.
5. Season the mushrooms with salt, black pepper and mushroom seasoning. Stir the food and fry over medium heat without a lid until tender and golden brown.
