There are many recipes, thanks to which you can prepare a complete dinner or lunch for the whole family, organize a light quick snack or an original snack. Fragrant and healthy gifts of the forest, complemented by the most delicate and thick white sauce - a perfect combination. Cooking wild mushrooms in sour cream in a pan today. This dish is equally adored by vegetarians and meat-eaters alike. Delicious aromatic and tender mushrooms are stewed in a wonderful sauce, which is poured over potato garnishes, pasta or cereals. Fried or stewed mushrooms with sour cream can be served as a side dish with a main course or as an independent snack.
Honey mushrooms, boletus, white, boletus, milk mushrooms are not at all an obligatory ingredient in this recipe. In this way, you can stew greenhouse mushrooms or oyster mushrooms, or frozen forest mushrooms bought in a retail network. This can be done both in a frying pan and in a multicooker, or baked in the oven in ceramic pots. You can add all kinds of seasonings and spices to such a culinary masterpiece. Ingredients:
- Forest frozen mushrooms - 500 g
- Onions - 1 pc.
- Salt - 1 tsp taste
- Ground black pepper - a pinch
- Vegetable oil - for frying
- Sour cream - 250 ml
Step-by-step cooking of forest mushrooms in sour cream in a pan, recipe with photo:
1. Remove the forest frozen mushrooms from the freezer and leave to defrost at room temperature. It is best not to use a microwave oven for this purpose. Otherwise, you can not keep track and the product will deteriorate. Then transfer the mushrooms to a sieve and rinse under running water. Leave in a sieve to drain all excess moisture, then cut them into medium pieces.
2. Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan and heat. Add mushrooms and heat medium. Fry them stirring occasionally.
3. Peel the onions, rinse and chop into half rings. Send them to the pan with the mushrooms when they are light golden.
4. If necessary, add oil so that the mushrooms and onions do not burn.
5. Stir the food and season with salt and pepper. If you wish, you can add any spices with spices. If you cook wild mushrooms, they have a mushroom aroma and do not need additional seasonings. 7. Stir, bring to a boil until the sour cream starts bubbling, and screw up the heat. Place the lid on the pan and simmer the mushrooms for about 20 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese if desired before serving. From the hot temperature, it will melt and acquire a viscous texture.
