The smell of meat, of course, is specific, but it should be without unpleasant notes. If you feel pungent or sour notes, chances are it has deteriorated.

- Lamb ribs - 600-700 g
- Ground black pepper - a pinch
- Carrots - 1 pc.
- Spices and spices - any to taste

Step by step cooking rack of lamb with vegetables in the oven, recipe with photo:
1. Wash the lamb ribs and dry with a paper towel. Then cut the squares into the bones and place them on a baking sheet or a special baking dish.
2. Peel the potatoes, wash and cut into 4-6 slices, depending on the original size of the tubers. Place the potatoes in the meat pan, spreading them on top of the lamb.
3. Peel the carrots, wash, dry and cut into bars. Add chopped carrots to the food dish. If you wish, you can supplement the set of vegetables and add cauliflower, eggplant, onions, shallots, bell peppers, tomatoes, etc.
4. Season the food with salt and black pepper. Add nutmeg, suneli hops, cilantro and other spices if desired. Cover the form with cling foil and send to a heated oven up to 200 degrees for 1 hour.
