Potatoes with dried fruits - an amazing harmony of two different products. The recipe is actually very successful, the cutlets turned out to be tasty and unusual. This is an unusually tender and ruddy potato dough with a spicy sour filling. The food literally melts in your mouth.

Such zrazy are prepared in the same way as the classic ones, with meat filling. There are no differences here. Potato dough can be made lean if you don't include eggs in the recipe. Then the dish will be lean and can be used in fasting and vegetarians. But then I recommend adding a spoonful of starch to the dough, it is a connecting link. And if you are afraid to cook a dish with prunes, then you can choose any other filling: sauerkraut, chopped boiled eggs, mushrooms, etc. Note that this dish is called zrazy, and not kartoplyaniki.
