But in our country it is customary under the word "zrazy" to mean potato cutlets made from mashed potatoes and stuffed with meat. Such a dish is prepared simply and quickly. Moreover, it is very much in demand among housewives as a disposal of the remains of not eaten dinner in the form of mashed potatoes. Also, cooled boiled potatoes in uniforms are suitable for the recipe.
For the filling, they usually take minced meat, which is prepared from any kind of meat: beef, pork, chicken or assorted. It is usually pre-fried in a pan. You can also boil the meat first and then twist it. How to prepare the filling is the choice of every housewife. Minced meat can be enriched with a variety of aromatic spices and dried herbs, which significantly diversifies and improves the taste of the dish. - Minced meat - 350-400 g
- Onions - 1 pc.
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Flour - 3-4 tablespoons

Step by step cooking potato zraz with minced meat, recipe with photo:
1. Peel the potatoes, wash and cut into medium cubes. Put it in a cooking pot, add bay leaf, peeled garlic cloves, salt and cover with water. Place on the stove and boil. Reduce the temperature and cook, covered, until tender, until tender.
