Cooking cutlets with oatmeal
1. Place the oatmeal into the chopper.
2. Twist them into flour. Although you can use whole flakes if you want. However, if you need to mask their presence, then it is better to grind. I assure you that no one will guess that they are in the cutlets.
3. Wash the meat under running water and dry it. Peel the bulbs and garlic. Pass the food through the middle wire rack of the meat grinder.
4. Combine minced meat, onion, garlic, bran and oatmeal in a deep bowl.
5. Beat in eggs, season with spices and salt. By the way, eggs can be omitted. Since the presence of oatmeal will serve as a binder, so the patties will keep their shape perfectly.
6. Stir the minced meat until smooth and leave to stand for 20 minutes. During this time, the products will "make friends" with each other and the cutlets will be tastier.
7. Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil until cola. With wet hands, so that the minced meat does not stick, form cutlets and put them to fry.
8. Cook them on one side for 5-7 minutes. Then turn over and cook for the same amount of time. Do not press them down with a spatula, otherwise juice will flow out of them, which will make them not so moist and tender.
9. Serve ready cutlets immediately after cooking with mashed potatoes and fresh vegetable salad.
