Winter offers a variety of all kinds of seasonal products. Today I propose to cook with one of her best gifts - figs. It is a delicious and beautiful product that has several names: fig, fig, wine or Smyrna berry … It is an ideal product for both desserts and salty dishes. He has a fantastic, at the same time moderately sweet, delicate and fresh taste. Of course, we sell it unripe and not as tasty as in warm countries. However, these fruits are just right for cooking. Therefore, I propose to make a quick and easy recipe - pasta with figs and cheese.
It should be noted that the offered dish is not only very tasty, but also healthy. Since the fruits of figs contain a lot of vitamins, minerals, iron, fiber, phosphorus, proteins, sugars … In terms of potassium content, it is second only to nuts, but it contains only 1, 3% fat. Doctors recommend using figs as a diaphoretic, antipyretic and anti-inflammatory agent. Therefore, while preparing this dish, you will not only saturate the body, but also replenish the supply of healing vitamins.

- Pasta - 75 g
- Olive oil - for frying
- Cheese - 20 g
- Salt - pinch or to taste
- Figs - 2-4 pcs. depending on the size of the fruit
Step by step preparation of pasta with figs and cheese, recipe with photo:
1. Pour drinking water into a saucepan, season with salt and salt. Dip pasta into boiling water, which can be of any size: spirals, tubes, butterflies, shells, etc.
2. Stir to keep the pasta from sticking together and cook until tender. Cooking times are indicated on the manufacturer's packaging. Turn the finished pasta onto a sieve and leave to glass with water.
3. Wash the figs and dry them with a paper towel. Cut off the ponytails and cut the fruit into medium-sized wedges.
For the recipe, choose fresh and ripe fruits, sweet and juicy. Since figs are very fragile and tender, they cannot be stored for a long time. Fresh figs should be uniform, without any dark spots, the smell should be delicate and slightly sweet.
4. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
5. Pour olive oil into a skillet and heat. Reduce heat to medium and add figs. Fry the wedges on all sides until light golden brown.
6. Send the boiled pasta to the skillet with figs.
7. Next, add 2/3 of the cheese shavings.
8. Turn off heat and stir quickly to distribute the cheese throughout the serving, melt, become stretchy and envelop all pasta.
9. Place the fig and cheese pasta on a serving plate.
10. Sprinkle the remaining cheese over the fig pasta and serve immediately. Since it is not customary to cook pasta for future use.
