To roast pork in one piece, take about 1 kg of it. Since a smaller amount will bake better and will have excellent taste and juiciness. It will also retain juiciness and aroma if the meat is cooked in foil or sleeve.

1. Peel and wash carrots and garlic. Cut vegetables into slices no larger than 1 cm.
