1. Peel the meat from film and fat. Rinse under running water and pat dry with a paper towel. Then cut into slices about 3 cm in size. For the pumpkin, proceed as follows: peel it from the hard skin, cut the fiber inside and clean out the seeds. Then cut into cubes about the size of meat. Peel the onion with garlic and cut into strips. Note that instead of pork, any other type of meat is suitable: beef, chicken, veal, etc. Then it will soften and it will be easy to cut it off.
