Cooking chicken thigh chops: a recipe with a photo
1. Wash chicken thighs, dry slightly and remove the skin.
2. Carefully cut out the thigh bones. We get a rather long piece of meat.
3. Cut the meat in portions and beat it slightly. To do this, you can use cling film. We get two medium chops from each thigh.
4. Salt and pepper the prepared beaten meat on both sides.
5. In order to preserve the juiciness of the chicken, dip the chops in an egg liaison. Beat the egg well with salt, pepper and aromatic herbs.
6. Breadcrumbs will make the chicken thigh chops crispy and mouth-watering. Roll the meat well so that the crumbs cover the chops on all sides.
7. Place the chops in a well-heated skillet and fry on both sides in a little vegetable oil until an attractive golden crust is formed. 4-5 minutes on one side and 3-4 minutes on the other under the lid will be enough.
