In the strawberry season, all caring housewives want to pamper the family with this berry. After you have eaten enough of it, you can cook delicious products with it. Therefore, I propose another recipe for pancakes with strawberries. But the filling here will not be quite traditional, as in our usual understanding, but rather unusual and very juicy! Instead of the usual stuffing of pancakes, we will use strawberries in the form of a bake. Then the pancakes will play in a completely new way and turn into a great dessert dish.
Another highlight of the dish is the pancake dough. In the usual recipe, it is kneaded in milk, sometimes in curdled milk, less often in water. But in this version, beer is used. It gives the food an amazing aroma, loose porous structure and extraordinary tenderness. Such a dish is suitable for those who cannot consume lactose or are on duty. In the duet, two unusual ingredients of this dish: beer and strawberries, make the dish unusual, unique and spicy. I recommend everyone to try this delicious dessert, I am sure that it will not leave anyone indifferent.

Ingredients:
- Flour - 200 g
- Beer - 450 ml
- Eggs - 1 pc.
- Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
- Strawberry - 150 g
- Salt - a pinch
Step-by-step preparation of strawberry-baked beer pancakes:
1. Pour beer and vegetable oil into a bowl. You can use any kind of beer, both light and dark. If not enough, you can add drinking water or milk. This will not change the taste of the pancakes.
2. Stir the liquid ingredients and beat in the egg.
3. Stir the liquid components again to distribute them evenly.
4. Pour salt, sugar and flour into a bowl. It is advisable to sift the latter through a fine sieve so that it is enriched with oxygen. Then the pancakes will be more tender.
5. Whisk the ingredients until smooth and smooth. There should not be a single lump in the dough. A blender is perfect for this task.
6. Wash the strawberries, remove the tails and cut into small cubes or grate on a coarse grater. Add it to the dough and stir well to distribute the berries evenly.
7. Place the pan on the stove and heat it up. Before baking each pancake, grease the bottom with a thin layer of vegetable oil to prevent the strawberries that come in contact with the pan from sticking. Spoon the dough with a ladle and pour it into the pan. Twirl it to distribute the dough evenly around the circle. Turn on medium heat and fry the pancake for about 2 minutes.
8. When the edges of the leaflet are golden, turn it over and fry for another 1-1.5 minutes until golden brown. Put the finished pancakes in a stack on top of each other and oil with butter if desired. They can be served on their own or with sour cream, cream or strawberry jam.
