Delicious and satisfying lasagna is a traditional Italian dish that can be found in the diet of many people around the world today. Many people love to eat it, but not everyone takes it up. Since this is a laborious and time-consuming process, since the classic recipe involves the use of special pasta sheets, which cannot always be found on store shelves, but making them yourself is very problematic, and even boiling them takes a lot of time.
Therefore, in order to simplify their work, experienced chefs and resourceful housewives have come up with a simplified recipe for a dish where pasta is replaced with lavash. This is how an international dish arose, in which Armenian and Italian cuisine was mixed. Lazy lavash lasagna with meat and mushrooms comes out satisfying with an amazing taste, and the manufacturing process is greatly simplified. The selection of products is simple, the preparation is simple, the taste is exquisite. Lavash is soaked in juices of meat and vegetables, which makes it especially tender. This amazing dish will bring a lot of positive emotions, both during tasting and in the process of cooking.

Ingredients:
- Thin Armenian lavash - 3 pcs.
- Ground black pepper - a pinch
- Mushrooms - 350 g
- Spices and spices to taste
- Sour cream - 400 ml
- Meat (any sort) - 300-350 g
- Salt - 1 tsp or to taste
- Tomato paste - 2 tablespoons
- Onions - 2 pcs.
- Cheese - 100 g
Step by step preparation of lazy lavash lasagna with meat and mushrooms, recipe with photo:
1. Wash the meat, dry it with a paper towel and cut off excess fat and film. Peel and wash onions (1 pc.). Twist the food through the middle wire rack of the meat grinder.
2. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet and add twisted minced meat with onion. Fry it over medium heat until light brown and add tomato paste, salt, black pepper and any spices.
3. Stir the minced meat, boil and simmer over low heat, covered for 10-15 minutes.
4. Mushrooms for the recipe are easiest to use artificially grown (champignons or oyster mushrooms), because they require minimal labor costs. But frozen, dried, or canned forest mushrooms are also good. Wash the selected mushrooms, leave in a sieve to drain and cut into cubes. Peel the onions, wash and chop finely.
5. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet and add mushrooms and onions.
6. Saute them over medium heat until golden brown and onion translucent. Season with salt and black pepper. Add mushroom seasoning if desired.
7. Pour sour cream into a deep container, add eggs, salt and black pepper.
8. Stir the sour cream sauce well until smooth.
9. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
10. When all the food is ready, start picking up the lasagne. To do this, cut the pita bread to the same size as the selected shape. Put 2 pita bread on the bottom of the container, because one pita bread will get very wet and the layering of the lasagna will not be visible.
11. Place half of the fried minced meat on the pita bread and smooth it evenly.
12. Brush the filling with sour cream sauce.
13. Sprinkle the sauce with cheese shavings.
14. Place 2 more pita breads on top.
15. Spread all the mushroom filling on it.
16. Brush the mushrooms generously with sour cream sauce.

18. Repeat the steps one more time. Put 2 pita bread, put the remaining fried minced meat on it, brush it with sour cream sauce and sprinkle with cheese.
