Fried green beans with soy sauce - step by step preparation with photo
The preparation of the side dish begins with the fact that the beans must be sorted out - to remove the spoiled pods. Next, we need to cut off the edges of the beans, cut them into 2 or 3 pieces. Now we blanch the beans, that is, we put them in boiling water and cook for 3 minutes. You can add salt to the water. This will make the beans softer while keeping them crisp and juicy. If you are using frozen beans, there is no need to blanch them. We take out the beans with a slotted spoon on a plate.
Pour vegetable oil into the pan and heat it. We spread the beans and fry them over high heat.
After 4 minutes add the soy sauce and fry for another 4–5 minutes over low heat. At the end, add sesame seeds and garlic, passed through a press. Use the spices that you like. But for the first time, we advise you not to add anything and stop at the minimum set - garlic and soy sauce.
Such beans are served not only hot, but also as a cold appetizer. Bon Appetit!
