A step-by-step recipe with a photo of making a chocolate-banana soufflé in the microwave at home. Combinations of ingredients, the calorie content of the dessert, and a video recipe.
Soufflé is a light and airy dessert. For the first time his recipe appeared in French cuisine. The treats are based on egg yolks mixed with different products and covered with whipped whites. It is the well-beaten whites, reminiscent of a soft cream, that provide the product with airiness. The dish is usually cooked in a fireproof dish in the oven. But today it is successfully made in a microwave oven. Due to the temperature effect, the product swells, but after being removed from the brazier, it falls off over time. Dessert is usually served on a large plate or in a glass, but it looks like a dense opaque jelly.
There are an incredible number of dessert recipes, but the most popular of them is the chocolate-banana soufflé cooked in the microwave. It is him that I propose to cook in this material. Step-by-step preparation of a chocolate-banana soufflé in the microwave, a recipe with a photo:
1. Wash bananas, dry with a paper towel and peel them. Cut it into pieces of any size and place in a mixing bowl. Take a blender and chop the bananas to a puree consistency.
2. Add cocoa powder with sugar to the banana mass and stir. So that the cocoa dissolves well and does not form lumps, first sift it through a fine sieve.
3. Wash the eggs, dry well and break the shells with a knife. Carefully separate the whites from the yolks. Add the yolks to the banana-chocolate mass and mix everything.
4. Place the protein in a clean and dry container without dripping fat and moisture, otherwise it will not be possible to beat it to the desired consistency. Using a mixer, beat the protein until fluffy and firm white peaks. Then send it to the grocery bowl.
5. Slowly stir in the whites gently from top to bottom so that they do not settle.
6. Immediately pour the dough into portioned silicone, ceramic or other microwave-safe tins.
7. Send the soufflé to the microwave oven. Turn on the maximum power, for example, 850 kW and cook the treat for 3-5 minutes. The cooking time depends on the number of molds and their volume. Therefore, try the readiness with a wooden stick, on which there should be no sticking.
Remove the finished chocolate-banana soufflé from the microwave and serve immediately hot to the dessert table. After cooling, the delicacy will settle, but it will remain very tasty. Usually it is not prepared for future use.
