Mushroom salad is a dish for lazy housewives, because champignons can generally be eaten raw. For this dish, I used pickled mushrooms. However, you can use them boiled or fried, fresh or canned. The advantage of this mushroom is that with any chosen method of heat treatment, they retain a high content of vitamins and protein. Well, cheese, which goes well with mushrooms, saturates the body with calcium. And in general, champignons and cheese are those provisions that will come to the rescue when you are tired of eating meat and fish, and you don't want to eat empty vegetables.
It turns out that such a mushroom salad is quite tasty, and everyone can cook it, and in just half an hour. He will especially help out if guests unexpectedly come, and there is nothing to serve. Then all you need is to cut the ingredients that are available in almost every refrigerator and serve the food beautifully.
I want to note that if you want the salad to be more high-calorie, then it is advisable to give preference to feta cheese for the cheese ingredient. This product contains significantly less fat than other types of cheese.

Cooking salad with mushrooms and cheese

2. Boil eggs hard-boiled for about 8-10 minutes after boiling. Then transfer them to cool water to cool. Then peel and cut into cubes with edges no more than 8 mm., So that the salad looks beautiful.
3. Cut the cheese to the same size as the eggs. Note that all ingredients must be cut to the same size.
4. Wash cucumbers and wipe off with a dry napkin. Cut off the ends and cut them into slices as shown in the photo.
