- Cucumbers - 1 pc.
- Grain French mustard - 1 tsp
- Ramson - 10 leaves
- Spinach - 3 bunches with roots

Step-by-step preparation of a vegetable salad with red fish and herbs, a recipe with a photo:
1. Wash the cucumbers, dry with a paper towel, cut off the ends on both sides and cut the gherkins into thin quarter rings.
2. Wash the radishes, dry them with a napkin, remove the stalk and cut them like cucumbers into thin quarter rings.
3. Cut the leaves of spinach with wild garlic from the stems. Wash them under running water, washing away dust, sand and dirt well. Dry the leaves with a paper towel and chop finely.
