The bear, after hibernation, eats wild garlic, replenishing its devastated reserves of trace elements and nutrients. So why don't we do the same? Garlic, walnut and beetroot croutons are a great way to enjoy these seasonal vitamins.
Such an appetizer is not only tasty and refreshing, but also healthy. In addition to wild garlic, the salad contains beets, which are rich in fiber. It is useful in diseases of the gastrointestinal tract and heart disease. It cleanses the intestines well and helps to cope with constipation. Walnuts improve brain function, energy and satiety. They are very nutritious, so a small amount will help relieve hunger. Such a delicious and healthy snack is both easy on the stomach and nutritious.

Ingredients:
- Boiled or baked beets - 1-2 pcs. depending on the size
- Vegetable oil - 1, 5 tablespoons for refueling
- Ramson - 10 leaves
- Salt - a pinch
- Bread - 3 slices
- Walnuts - 50 g
Step-by-step preparation of croutons with wild garlic, nuts and beets, recipe with photo:
1. Cut the bread into slices about 1 cm thick. If you want them to be the same size, buy it sliced. Then dry the bread on both sides in a clean and dry frying pan until crisp and golden brown. Take any bread for the recipe that you like: white, black, loaf, baguette, with bran, rye, etc.
2. Fry the walnut kernels in a clean and dry frying pan until golden brown. They fry very quickly, so stir them often and stay on the stove to prevent them from burning.
3. Then chop the walnuts into smaller pieces with a knife.
3. Wash wild garlic leaves under running water, dry with a paper towel and cut into thin slices.

5. Combine prepared beets, wild garlic and nuts in a deep container. Season the food with a pinch of salt, pour over with vegetable oil and stir.
