Bruschetta is a national Italian dish with a "low" origin, because first, a snack was prepared for the field workers. Typically used for bruschetta is yesterday's slightly dried bread, such as ciabatta, extravergine olive oil and a clove of garlic. The rest of the products can be varied: meat, sausage, cheese, shrimps, tomatoes, herbs, fruits, etc. A distinctive feature of bruschetta from sandwiches is that the slices of bread are pre-dried until crunchy without oil (on a grill, wire rack, in the oven, in a pan).
The highlight of the offered bruschetta is the Neapolitan ketchup with the aroma of fresh herbs and tomatoes. To make the sandwich tasty, do not skimp on quality ingredients, because even one ingredient can ruin a dish. Especially buy good sausage and cheese.
