And today there is no longer a clear framework for smoothies, all the ingredients that you like the most are used. All smoothie recipes provide the body with a wealth of beneficial nutrients thanks to the vitamins found in the foods used (for example, calcium in milk or fiber in oatmeal). Cold light smoothies are especially popular in summer, while filling and nutritious ones in winter. Plain drinks can consist of milk and berry or fruit syrup or puree. For more complex recipes, add oatmeal, eggs, ice cream, cream, honey, herbs, and other ingredients. Today we will prepare an unusually tasty drink - an egg and milk smoothie with raspberries. It does not create heaviness in the stomach, but rather makes it light.

This recipe can be easily modified. For example, in the absence of milk, take natural yogurt. It will be a little different, but also delicious!   • Milk - 100 ml
  • Honey or sugar - optional
  • Raspberries - 70 g
