This is the main advantage of funchose, which is why it is used to prepare complex Asian dishes.

Funchoza with turkey and broccoli

Ingredients:
- Turkey breast - 100 g
- Green beans - 150 g
- Broccoli - 1 pc. (average)
- Pine nuts - 3 tablespoons

- Soy sauce to taste
We cook according to this recipe:
- Boil funchose, pour over with cold water and leave to cool.
- We cut the green beans into two or three parts, divide them by broccoli inflorescences.
- Cook vegetables in salted water for five minutes.
- We heat the vegetable oil and fry the turkey fillet, previously cut into medium cubes.
- After the appearance of a golden brown crust on the meat, add chopped nuts and squeeze the garlic. Mix thoroughly.
- Put boiled vegetables and add chopped leek.
- Fry for another 5-7 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Add soy sauce, funchose and mix.
The dish is served warm. If desired, add spices to taste and decorate it with green leaves.
Salad with funchose, carrot and cucumber
To prepare it, you will need funchose, Korean carrots and soy sauce in a ratio of 5: 3: 1, a few cloves of garlic and a fresh cucumber.
Cooking the dish in the following sequence:
- Boil the noodles, dry them and let them cool.
- Cut the cucumber into strips. The longer and thinner the slices are, the better.
- Stir in the carrots, chopped cucumber and noodles.
- Add soy sauce.
- We make a dressing with chopped garlic and olive oil and season the salad.
If desired, you can also add fried chicken, fish, zucchini, bell peppers, eggplant, or other ingredients to your liking.
Vegetable recipe with funchose
For cooking, we need one carrot, several cucumbers, a couple of sweet peppers, fresh cilantro, ground coriander, hot pepper, soy sauce, sesame and vegetable oil, vinegar, and garlic.
Cooking funchose with vegetables:
- Boil the funchose and cut it into smaller threads.
- Rub the carrots on a fine grater. You can also cut it into strips.
- Cut the bell peppers and cucumbers into long strips.
- Grind cilantro, garlic and hot peppers. Mix with carrots.
- Heat sesame oil in a frying pan and pour it into the general mixture to soften the carrots.
- Stir the ingredients, let them brew and cool.
- Add a few tablespoons of vinegar. You can also use lemon juice.
- Put chopped peppers, cucumbers, soy sauce in a salad bowl one by one.
- We mix the vegetable mixture with funchose.
- Add ground coriander to taste.
It is more convenient to mix vegetables with noodles using two forks.
Chicken funchose recipe
For this dish are used: carrots, onions, chicken fillet, dry noodles, garlic, soy sauce, sesame seeds and vegetable oil.
Preparing frunchoza with chicken as follows:
- Carefully cut the chicken fillet into slices. To make the stripes even, it is better to use meat that is not completely defrosted.
- Peel and cut a medium onion into small strips.
- Three large carrots on a fine grater.
- Boil the noodles, rinse with cold water and dry.
- Saute the onion in heated vegetable oil.
- Add fillet and fry, stirring, over low heat for ten minutes.
- Add the carrots and fry for another five minutes to soften.
- Stir the mixture with funchose, add the squeezed garlic and simmer for a few more minutes.
- Separately prepare a mixture of soy sauce with ginger, coriander and chili.
- We fill the dish with the resulting sauce.
- If you wish, you can also fry the sesame seeds and sprinkle them with funchose.
- Garnish with fresh herbs when serving.
Funchoza with meat
This dish is made with meat (pork, beef, chicken), funchose, carrots, onions, garlic, soy sauce and olive oil.
We create this culinary exotic in the following sequence:
- We clean the carrots and rub finely.
- Peel the onion and cut into half rings.
- Cut the meat into strips of half a centimeter.
- Boil funchose, pour over it with cold water and dry it.
- Fry the meat for five minutes in heated olive oil. Pepper and salt it.
- Add gradually chopped onions, carrots, soy sauce, funchose and simmer for 5-8 minutes, stirring occasionally.
The dish can be served hot or cold.
Funchose soup recipe
To prepare the first dish from this product, we need: chicken fillet, small zucchini, vegetable or chicken broth, soy sauce, sesame oil, egg, garlic, ground red pepper, salt, green onion feathers and funchose.
Cooking in this order:
- Cut one zucchini into cubes, put it in a saucepan, add chili and chopped garlic.
- Pour the mixture with sesame oil (one tablespoon) and soy sauce (two tablespoons). Then we mix all the ingredients and simmer until the zucchini is transparent.
- Pour in a liter of broth and boil it.
- Cut one half of the fillet into medium cubes and put in the boiling broth.
- Boil for 10 minutes, remove the foam and gently beat in the egg.
- Mix the soup thoroughly, cover and cook for another 10 minutes.
- Add funchose (200 grams) to the stewpan, add salt to taste, simmer under the lid for another five minutes.
Before serving, the soup is usually sprinkled with chopped green onions on a bowl.
Dessert "Geisha" with funchose
This product is popular in Asian cuisine, even for making desserts. One of them can be realized using 200 g of funchose, fresh pineapple, peach, apple (100 g of each fruit), sugar - 100 g, almonds and walnuts (50 g each), vegetable and nut butter (1 tbsp. l.).
Cooking the dish in the following sequence:
- Put the cooked funchose into a bowl, pour it with a mixture of vegetable and nut oils, mix thoroughly and leave to cool.
- In a deep frying pan, prepare the syrup from sugar and water.
- Add the fruit cut into a medium dice to the syrup, simmer for 5–7 minutes and cool.
- We mix fruits with funchose, put them in portioned bowls and decorate with chopped nuts.
It is important to allow the ingredients to cool completely before mixing. Only then will you get a dessert with an exotic taste.
Funchose recipes: 5 recipes
Before you start cooking, you must first prepare and boil this product. Please note that rice (and any other flour) is not suitable for funchose. It is prepared exclusively from starch, therefore, after heat treatment, it acquires its characteristic transparency. Starch is preferable to use from sweet potatoes, yams, cassava, mung beans. However, regular potato or corn is also suitable for these purposes.
Method of cooking funchose noodles at home
This product can often be seen on supermarket shelves. However, you can also make your own noodles at home without any problem. This will require 350 grams of starch (you can use corn or potato starch), three eggs, a pinch of salt.
We knead the dough according to this recipe:
- Stir in starch, eggs and salt. If necessary, drive in another small egg or add water.
- Cut off a piece of dough, sprinkle with starch and pass through the rollers of a special pasta machine twice to roll out a thin layer.
- Let the dough dry and pass again through the slicing rollers.
Please note that manually rolling the dough to the desired thickness will not work. It breaks very easily. Funchose noodles can be boiled directly or dried on a waffle towel and stored in a jar.
How to cook funchose for compound dishes
In order for this product to show all its advantages and reveal its taste, it is necessary not only to be able to combine it with other ingredients, but also to cook it correctly. This process is different for thin noodles with a diameter of 0.5 mm and thick ones:
- We put the thin threads in a deep bowl, completely fill with boiling water and cover with a lid. Then we wait three to four minutes and drain the water. Funchoza is ready for further use in meals.
- To prepare thick fibers, you need a saucepan that can hold the amount of water per liter per 100 g of funchose. Boil the water, add some salt and add the noodles. Cook for 3-4 minutes.
For proper preparation, consider the following recommendations:
- You can prevent sticking by adding 1 tbsp for each liter of liquid during cooking. a spoonful of vegetable oil. For these purposes, both vegetable and olive are suitable.
- Rinsing with cold water after straining will also keep the noodles from sticking together.
- It is better to cut funchose into convenient pieces already cooked, since dry is brittle and fragile.
- After heat treatment, this product will not be stored for a long time, therefore, cook the dish at one time.
- The noodles are considered finished if they become transparent and grayish in color.
If funchose is prepared according to all the rules, then it will be soft and crispy, while maintaining elasticity.
Cooking funchose in Korean
This recipe is popular not only in Asia. An exotic dish is served in many Asian restaurants. You can even cook it yourself. To do this, you will need meat in equal proportions (without fat and veins) and funchose, a few carrots, an onion, vegetable oil, vinegar, soy sauce, garlic, black pepper and ground coriander.
Cooking features:
- Cook funchoza and cool.
- Cut the meat into small cubes and fry it in boiling vegetable oil (you can use olive oil).
- Chop the onion and put it in the meat. We pass everything until a golden hue appears.
- Mix the finely grated carrots with chopped garlic and spices separately.
- We leave the carrots to infuse and let the juice flow. Then mix with fried meat.
- Spread the noodles in a slide, pour the meat and carrots on top.

Cooking funchose with seafood
This product is in perfect harmony with fish and other seafood. To properly prepare funchose with shrimp meat, you will need 10 shrimps per 100 g of noodles, half bell pepper, several green onion feathers, a clove of garlic, half a carrot, a few teaspoons of sesame oil, half a teaspoon of sesame seeds, parsley and soy sauce.
Instructions for cooking funchose with seafood:
- Cook funchose and cool it.
- Put vegetables cut into strips in a pan with butter. Fry the mixture for several minutes.
- Add boiled and peeled shrimps, simmer for a minute.
- Squeeze the garlic into the pan, put the chopped onion, sprinkle with soy sauce and sesame oil.
- Mix thoroughly, add funchose and simmer for one or two minutes.
Sprinkle generously with sesame seeds and chopped parsley before serving.
How to cook funchose with mussels and white wine
To prepare this original dish, 100 mg of funchose, 50 ml of white wine (preferably dry), a clove of garlic, 200 mg of mussels, five tablespoons of olive oil, parmesan, parsley, and salt are used.
Cooking in the following sequence:
- Boil the noodles and let cool.
- Heat the olive oil in a saucepan, chop the garlic and put it there. Add greens.
- Salt the mixture, pour white wine and add mussels.
- After opening the shells, sprinkle the mussels with chopped parsley and grated cheese.
- Mix everything with funchose and serve in shallow bowls.
