Today I will cook frozen forest mushrooms, but using this recipe you can cook champignons or oyster mushrooms. Then keep in mind that mushrooms release a lot of juice during the cooking process, which is why they greatly decrease in size. However, this applies only to fresh mushrooms (champignons, oyster mushrooms). If you use pre-boiled mushrooms, their number will practically not decrease during the cooking process.
In such fried mushrooms, in addition to chopped garlic, you can add onions, dill or other greens. Also, if you wish, you can add low-fat sour cream, cheese shavings, beaten eggs, cream, etc. to the recipe. These components perfectly emphasize the taste of forest gifts. If you are not preparing this dish during the fast, the mushrooms can be fried in butter, otherwise use vegetable oil.

- Frozen forest mushrooms - 700 g
- Salt - 1 tsp topless or to taste
- Vegetable oil - for frying
- Ground black pepper - a pinch

Step-by-step cooking of mushroom frying with garlic, recipe with photo:
1. Defrost mushrooms naturally without using a microwave oven and hot water. Leave them in the refrigerator until completely thawed. Then put them in a sieve and rinse under running water. Leave them to drain all the liquid and dry them with a paper towel. Cut them into medium sized pieces such as thin slices. However, mushrooms will have a rich mushroom flavor when cut into large pieces. Leave small fruits intact. Therefore, it is better to try different options for slicing mushrooms in order to choose the one that suits your taste better.
2. Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan and heat. Send mushrooms into it and fry over medium heat, stirring occasionally until a light golden brown crust forms.
3. Peel the garlic, wash and cut into strips. Send it to the mushroom skillet.
4. Season the mushrooms with salt and black pepper. Add mushroom seasoning or a cube of mushroom stock if desired.
5. Stir the food and continue to cook the garlic and mushroom stir-fry for another 10 minutes over medium heat.
