Step-by-step preparation of mushroom frying with garlic, recipe with photo:
1. Since forest mushrooms are usually boiled before freezing, they only need to be thawed naturally without using a microwave and hot water, and then only washed.
When using oyster mushrooms or mushrooms, it is also enough to wash them.
Dried mushrooms should first be steamed with boiling water for half an hour or cold water - for 1, 5 hours.
Boil fresh forest mushrooms for 20 minutes.
2. Then put the mushrooms in a sieve and leave to drain all the liquid. Cut them into medium pieces and leave the small pieces intact.
3. Peel the garlic, rinse and cut into strips or cubes.
4. Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan, heat well and put mushrooms in it.
5. Fry the mushrooms over medium heat, stirring occasionally for about 15 minutes. Season the mushrooms with salt, black pepper and mushroom seasoning.
5. Add the chopped garlic to the skillet, stir and continue cooking the mushroom garlic stir-fry for another 10 minutes. Cook the mushrooms to the degree of doneness you prefer, harder or slightly golden. To use mushrooms in baking fillings or dumplings, cool them well.
