- Olive oil - 3 tablespoons
- Onions - 1 pc.

Step by step preparation of pickled raw zucchini with onions, recipe with photo:
1. Wash the zucchini, dry it, cut off the ends on both sides and cut the fruit of any size: rings, half rings, strips, cubes or grate on a Korean grater. Take young fruits for the recipe, they are with thin skin and small seeds. Large, ripe zucchini are not suitable for appetizers.
2. Peel the onions, wash, chop into thin quarter rings and put in a pickling container.
3. Add prepared courgettes to the onion.
