The recipe uses all available ingredients, they cook very quickly, they turn out to be very cute, and most importantly, they have an amazing taste. The prostate of the product lies in the fact that the dough is yeast-free, which significantly saves time on the preparation of the product. Any jam can be used as a filling, and not only. You can fill the buns with any fresh fruit and berries, salty foods like ham, potatoes, meat, cheese, etc. are also suitable. And if you wish, you can immediately cook buns with different flavors, which makes a wonderful diversification of the daily table.
The dough in this recipe is kneaded with sour cream, however, if you wish, you can replace it with kefir, then the buns will be more magnificent. But kefir, the main thing is to have a warm temperature. And to make the buns more rich, the dough should be allowed to rest for 10 minutes. However, even with sour cream, the dough turns out to be no less lush than with kefir or yeast, the main thing is to put soda and baking powder.
This recipe is described in half proportion, from which 10 rolls are made. If you like the recipe, you can increase the number of products as needed.

Ingredients:
- Flour - 300 g
- Jam - 100-150 g
- Sour cream - 125 g
- Vegetable oil - 75 ml
- Eggs - 1 pc.
- Baking soda - 0.5 tsp
- Baking powder - 0.5 tsp
- Sesame - for dusting (optional)
Making yeast-free jam buns:
1. In a deep bowl, in which you will knead the dough, pour sour cream, add baking soda and baking powder.
2. Next, beat in an egg and pour in vegetable oil.
3. Whisk the liquid components well until smooth.
4. Take a fine iron sieve and sift the flour through it.
5. Optionally make chocolate buns. Then instead of 1 tbsp. sift flour through a sieve 1 tbsp. cocoa powder.
6. Knead the dough. It should become smooth and elastic, not sticking to your hands.
7. Next, divide the dough into equal 10 pieces. Roll each of them with your hands or with a rolling pin into a round layer, in the middle of which put a small portion of jam.
8. Lift the edges of the dough by joining them at the middle.
9. Use your hands to hold the dough together and form a round bun.
10. Line a baking sheet with baking parchment and place all the rolls. Brush them with egg or milk for a beautiful golden color and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
11. Heat the oven to 200 degrees and send the pies to bake for 20 minutes. They are baked very quickly, so do not overexpose so as not to dry out. Otherwise they will become dense. When you see that the top is well gilded, remove the baking sheet from the brazier. Chill the items slightly and serve for breakfast with a cup of coffee or tea.
