1. Sift flour through a fine sieve to enrich it with oxygen, and baked goods become airier and softer. Add semolina, a pinch of salt and dry yeast. Stir dry ingredients.
2. Heat the water to 37 degrees and pour it into a bowl of flour. If the water is hot or cold, the yeast will not work.
3. Then add odorless vegetable oil and knead an elastic dough so that it falls away from the hands and the walls of the dishes.
4. Shape the dough into a round ball, place in a bowl, cover with a clean towel and leave in a warm, draft-free place for half an hour. During this time, it will come up and increase in volume by 2 times. After that, wrap your hands around it again.
5. Twist the dough with a sausage and cut into equal 15 pieces, which are rolled out into a thin round layer about 5 mm thick.
6. Put a dessert spoon of jam on the dough cake.
7. Raise the edges of the dough to the middle and secure well so that the jam does not leak out during cooking. Grease a baking sheet with vegetable oil and place the buns on it. If you want the baked goods to have a ruddy shade, use a silicone brush to coat the buns with vegetable oil.
Heat the oven to 180 degrees and send the lean buns with jam to bake for 40 minutes. The surface of the finished buns can be coated with fruit syrup. This will give them an appetizing gloss. Serve warm or chilled with tea or coffee.
