You can diversify such a product by adding all kinds of fruits and berries, or pour some icing on the finished cake. By the way, if your oven is not very good, then cook such pastries in a pan. To do this, you will need to line the pan with parchment, lay the food as indicated in the recipe and put it on the stove on a small fire under a closed lid. Well, if you do not have an oven, multicooker, or frying pan, then, based on the listed products, prepare a cake without baking. To do this, you will need to add dissolved gelatin to the cottage cheese and keep the dessert in the refrigerator. This will make a great cold treat.

- Cottage cheese - 500 g
- Baking soda - 1 tsp
- Sour cream - 200 g
- Eggs - 2 pcs.
- Sugar - 150-200 g
- Shortbread cookies - 300 g

1. First of all, prepare a shortbread cake. To do this, grind the cookies. Place it in a food processor and beat until crumbly. If there is no such device, then place the liver in a bag and beat it with a kitchen hammer or roll it up with a rolling pin.

3. Knead the cookies and butter until you have a free flowing dough that is viscous and can be molded into the desired shape.

5. Now prepare the curd filling. Place eggs, sour cream, and sugar in a food processor.
6. Whisk food until smooth. Add baking soda and mix the food again.
7. Add cottage cheese to the ingredients and beat the ingredients again until you get a smooth, lump-free mass.
8. Place the curd filling in a baking dish.
9. Do this with a spoon, spreading the mass evenly over the entire diameter.
10. Heat the oven to 180 ° C and send the cake to bake for 35-40 minutes.
