- Split peas - 1 tbsp.
- Potatoes - 4-5 pcs. G
- Onions - 1 pc.

- Smoked pork ribs - 400 g

Step-by-step cooking of pea soup on pork ribs, in a slow cooker
For the soup, we soaked the peas overnight. Before that, we washed it to clear water.
Put the ribs in a slow cooker and cover them with water. We select the "Cooking" or "Soup" mode and cook the broth. After the end of the program, remove the ribs and leave to cool. Then we cut off the meat from them and add to the soup.
At the very beginning of cooking the broth, add peas to it. So we will kill two birds with one stone - we will cook broth and peas and will not waste time.
While the broth and peas are cooking, prepare the vegetables. Dice the onion and carrot. We didn’t pass them on in principle. You can fry them separately in a skillet.
