- White cabbage - 5-6 leaves

- Boiled-frozen shrimps - 100 g
- Apple - 1 pc.

- Lemon - 1 pc.
Step-by-step preparation of salad with shrimps, apple and Chinese cabbage, recipe with photo:
1. Remove the required amount of leaves from the cabbage head and wash them under running water. Dry them with a paper towel and chop them into thin strips.
2. Pour the frozen shrimp with boiling water, cover and leave for 10 minutes to melt and reach room temperature.
3. Rinse the apple and dry it with a paper towel. Remove the core with a special knife and cut it into bars or strips. Wash the lemon, cut off a small amount and squeeze out the juice, sprinkle on the apples so that they do not turn black.
