Salad with shrimps, Chinese cabbage and crab sticks is a storehouse of useful vitamins and minerals for the human body. Chinese cabbage is high in fiber and dietary fiber, which have good effects on bowel function and skin health. The vegetable is a storehouse of vitamin C. Shrimp is a seafood delicacy with potassium, calcium, zinc, iodine, phosphorus and sulfur in its meat. Good quality crab sticks are a low-calorie and easily digestible product based on natural fish meat. In addition, bran is added to the dish, which are no less healing and contain many vitamins. Therefore, the combination of these ingredients is not only tasty, but also healthy.
Such a dish can be served both for everyday and festive tables. The dish is filled with vegetable oil. But if you want, use olive or sesame oil or natural yogurt, and if you don't mind extra calories, then mayonnaise or sour cream. It all depends on the taste preferences of the eaters. - Peking cabbage - 3-4 leaves
- Olive oil - for dressing
- Crab sticks - 3-4 pcs.
- Bran - 1 tsp
- Shrimps - 150 g
- Salt - pinch or to taste
Step-by-step preparation of salad with shrimps, Chinese cabbage and crab sticks, recipe with photo:
1. Wash and dry Chinese cabbage leaves with a paper towel. Cut them into thin strips and place in a deep bowl. Be sure to cut the dense white parts of the leaves that are attached to the stump, because they contain the maximum amount of nutrients and juice.
2. Crab sticks are usually sold frozen. Therefore, defrost them naturally without using the microwave. Then cut them into cubes or strips as you like.
3. Boil the shrimps in salted water for 1-2 minutes beforehand, drain and refrigerate. Then cut off the head, peel off the shell and send it to the bowl with all the products. Season the salad with salt and cover with vegetable oil. Stir the food and chill in the refrigerator for 15 minutes. Then serve the salad with shrimp, Chinese cabbage and crab sticks to the table, sprinkle it with bran.
Any bran can be used: wheat, oat, rye, buckwheat, etc. they have no taste at all, but only supplement the salad with useful properties.
