Ingredients:
- Veal heart - 0.5 pcs.
- Mayonnaise - for salad dressing
- Carrots - 1 pc.

Step by step preparation of veal heart salad:
1. Soak the heart in cold water for about 3 hours. After that, rinse it well, put it in a cooking pot, fill it with drinking water and put it to boil. After boiling, drain the water, rinse again, fill with clean water and send to cook again for 3 hours. If foam forms during cooking in water, remove it with a spoon.
