Of the many recipes for cooking oyster mushrooms, today I will tell you how to stew them in sour cream sauce. This is a delicate, tasty and nutritious dish. Juicy fried mushrooms, thickly covered with sour cream, are suitable as a side dish for almost any dish for lunch or dinner. They are served with rice, noodles, buckwheat or potatoes. They go great with dumplings and dumplings. And on the festive table, mushrooms can be served with baked meat. I note that according to this recipe, you can cook any kind of mushrooms. It can be champignons, chanterelles, honey agarics, oyster mushrooms or porcini mushrooms. And if you don't have fresh mushrooms, then use frozen ones. - Onions - 1 pc.
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Sour cream - 200 ml
- Seasoning for mushrooms - 1 tsp
- Salt - 1 tsp
- Ground black pepper - a pinch
- Vegetable oil - for frying
Cooking oyster mushrooms in sour cream sauce
1. Wash the oyster mushrooms and pat dry with a paper towel. Although some chefs recommend not washing them, as they are already too watery. They just wipe them with a napkin. After the mushrooms, cut into strips. Cut the hats into larger pieces. they are very tender, and the legs are in small pieces, since they are more rigid.
2. Peel onions with garlic, rinse and chop: garlic - in strips, onions - in half rings.
3. Pour oil into a skillet and heat. Pour the mushrooms into it and set a high heat. Oyster mushrooms will give off a lot of liquid. Collect it in a glass or wait for it to evaporate.
4. Then add the onion and garlic to the pan. Reduce the heat and fry the mushrooms, stirring occasionally, until golden brown and the onion should be clear. This process will take you no more than 10 minutes.
5. Pour the sour cream into the pan. Add spices, salt and pepper.
6. Stir the food well and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low, cover the skillet with a lid and simmer for 10 minutes.

Tip: sour cream can be replaced with natural thick yogurt or cream. Oyster mushrooms in mayonnaise will come out sharper, and you can acidify the mushrooms with lemon juice.
