Prunes are a very famous dried fruit, which is obtained by drying the fruits of plums. Despite the fact that the berries are dried, plums do not completely lose their useful properties, but, on the contrary, normalize metabolic processes and contribute to weight loss. A variety of dishes are prepared from prunes. These versatile berries are used for both sweet and salty food. In the bottom review, I will tell you how to cook a delicious dish - prunes stuffed with curd mass.
Such a dessert can decorate any table, and it can even be served at any special events. All components perfectly complement each other, emphasizing the taste. The sweetness should be served at the end of the meal, after making a pause, or separately from other dishes during the day. Since the dessert is hearty and with a colorful taste, it is advisable not to mix it with other dishes and give your stomach a break.
In the process of preparing dessert, you can add crushed walnuts to the curd mass. These kernels go well with prunes. Also, this dessert can be served in two versions: raw or baked. For the latter option, put the stuffed prunes on a baking sheet and send to the oven for 15 minutes.

- Sugar - 2-4 tablespoons or to taste
Cooking prunes stuffed with curd mass:
1. Place the curd in a food processor, add the sour cream and sugar.
2. Knock food until smooth. If there is no such device, then grind the cottage cheese twice through a fine iron sieve, beat the sour cream with a mixer, then combine the products and mix with a mixer.
3. Add room temperature butter to the curd mass and stir the food again. At the same time, keep in mind that if you use rustic cottage cheese, i.e. fat enough, you do not need to add oil. And vice versa, if the cottage cheese is fat-free, then double the portion of butter.
4. Pour the eggs into a bowl and beat with a mixer until doubled in size.
5. Send the egg mass to the curd mass processor and mix.
6. Wash prunes under running water and dry well with a paper towel. If you have berries with a bone, then remove them first.
7. Turn each berry into two halves or find the cut where the pit was taken from. Fill the dried fruits with the curd mass and send them to the refrigerator to cool, and so that the curd mass solidifies. After dessert, serve. At this stage, you can divide the sweetness in half and bake one part in the oven.
