- Water - 300 ml
- Vinegar - 50 ml
- Sugar - 120 g
- Salt - 1/2 tsp

- Laurel - 2 pcs.
- Plums - 1-1, 5 kg
- Garlic - 1 head
Step-by-step preparation of pickled plums with garlic for the winter
The first step is to clean the garlic. If the slices are large, cut them in half lengthwise.
