2. In this recipe, I chose the straws, so they take up space in the freezer more compactly. Wrap each pancake separately with cling film. Take several pieces of pancakes for one serving, for example 4-6 pieces. and wrap them together with cling film. Glue a label on top of the film, on which write the date of freezing. Put all the pancake tubes in a container and send to the freezer. Store them for up to six months. By the same principle, you can freeze pancakes with any filling.
There is another way how to freeze pancakes without filling. Transfer each pancake with cling film. Wrap the pancake pyramid with plastic wrap, place on the board and put it in the freezer.
How to make frozen pancakes?
In a frying pan
For this cooking method, rolls or rolls of pancakes are suitable. Grease a frying pan with vegetable or butter, heat and put pancakes on its surface. Close the lid to warm each pancake from the inside. Fry them on all sides for 7 minutes until golden brown.
In the oven
In the oven, you can cook frozen pancakes of any shape. Place the pancakes on a baking sheet lined with parchment and oiled. Heat them for 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
In the microwave
Before cooking pancakes in the microwave, they will need to be defrosted to remove the cling film. You can defrost it naturally or in the microwave in the “Defrost” mode for 5 minutes. Remove cling film from defrosted pancakes. Place them on a plate and microwave until a blush appears on the surface.
In a multicooker
To prepare pancakes in a slow cooker, you need to remove cling film from them. You can defrost them as in the previous version: naturally or in the microwave. Then remove the film from the pancakes, put them in the multicooker thicket and activate the device in the "Baking" mode for 8 minutes. Do not close the cover. Fry them on both sides until golden brown.
