Posing should be given about one hour daily. It is also necessary to say that as the date of the competition approaches, this time should be increased, and on stage you will later say "thank you" for such advice. During the performance, a special psychological atmosphere is created, and most athletes pose at a faster pace than they do during training. As a useful tip, you can recommend slowly counting and thus controlling the holding time of each pose. Thanks to this, you will be somewhat distracted psychologically, and you will not be in a hurry, which is also assessed by the judges. It is very important to gain self-confidence in order to achieve high results in tournaments. It doesn't really matter whether you are in a relaxed position, showing the audience a free program, or performing a compulsory program - every move you make on stage should exude confidence.

To bring all the poses to perfection, you have to do this in front of the mirror every day. In no case should the judges be shown even a hint of psychological or physical fatigue. This is achieved only through constant training.

You can invite your fellow members to arrange mini-pose tournaments. This is very mobilizing and spurs to further work. As you can understand from all of the above, posing in bodybuilding turns out to be not such an easy thing. In terms of complexity, it is certainly not inferior to the training process.
