- Boiled chicken - 200 g
- Chinese cabbage - 3 leaves
- Lemon juice - 1 tsp
- Salt - a pinch
- French mustard - 0.5 tsp
- Vegetable oil - for dressing
Step-by-step preparation of a salad with lavash chips, Chinese cabbage and boiled chicken, a recipe with a photo:
1. Wash and dry the required amount of Chinese cabbage leaves with a paper towel. Then chop them finely. Do not wash the entire head of cabbage at once, because in a day it will wither, become soft, and the leaves will not crunch.
2. Boil the chicken and cool. Then cut it into strips or tear along the fibers.
