Perhaps such a filling will seem ordinary, but each baking has its own flavor. By combining the simplest products and aromatic filling, you can sometimes get a delicious roll of the most delicate dough that will melt in your mouth. 1. Cut the margarine at room temperature into medium-sized pieces and lower it into a food processor, into which place the cutter attachment.

5. Form the dough into a lump, wrap with cling film and refrigerate for half an hour or freezer for 15 minutes.

9. Heat the oven to 180 degrees and send a shortcrust roll with pear jam to bake for 30-40 minutes. When it acquires a golden hue, remove the roll from the oven.
